Stength & Circuits Program/General
Program Description
This is a generalized fitness program, focused on strength development, to improve performance in multidirectional sports.
Our strength circuits are designed to work on areas of weakness with special attention to muscle groups considered important by our physiotherapists. Circuit training is a well recognized training method to ensure great compliance.
